This is an ORIGINAL 1970 1st  pressing of  BOB DOWNES's classic first Lp called ELECTRIC CITY and released on the highly collectable VERTIGO SPIRAL label.

Visually graded under a 100W  light source the vinyl retains EXCELLENT MINUS  glossy sheen - with very few visible marks and what there are are predominantly hairlines.

And this is confirmed on playing as there is very little audible surface noise.

Both sides have been PLAY GRADED.

Side 1 is graded - EXCELLENT

Side 2 is graded - EXCELLENT

The BLACK and WHITE LARGE SPIRAL VERTIGO record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS  - with little visible spindle wear but some minor discoloration to the Side 1.

The thin card GATEFOLD PICTURE sleeve is graded EXCELLENT with overall very little wear at all - perhaps some slight edgewear to the bottom. But no splits and spine remains 100% etc.

A classic BOB DOWNES OPEN MUSIC Lp featuring the likes of IAN CARR, KENNY WHEELER, DAVE BROOKS, HAROLD BECKETT, CHRIS SPEDDING and HERBIE FLOWERS etc and here in overall rare EXCELLENT condition.
