This is an unauthorized bootleg record under the name "Blind Boy Grunt." The name Bob Dylan does not appear anywhere only the name "Bob 'Blind Boy' Grunt." Producer and Illustrator names are taken from the back of the sleeve and reference Bob Dylan's real name as well - R. A. Zimmerman. They claim that the producer found these drawings in R. A. Zimmerman's trashcan.
