PRESSING:              1966 Original “FIRST” Pressing MONO 2LP Set with the “Female photos” inner gatefold cover, including 60’s European movie star Claudia Cardinale !

LABELS:                   Extremely clean “Red” labels with “COLUMBIA” in white along top. “360 SOUND  MONO  360 SOUND” in white along bottom.

Comments:                Exceedingly SCARCE LP to locate in MONO format with a super clean cover.

COVER:                    VG++

Comments:                Extremely clean “gatefold” cover displays sharp, vivid colors with No marks or writing, No creases, No seam splits, and No cut out marks, discount holes or bar codes. Ever so slight, barely noticeable ring wear (see photograph), along with light corner are the only minor flaws and mentioned for accuracy.

VINYL:                      Record One (CL 2516) Side 1 strong VG+  Side 2 VG++    Record Two (CL 2517) Sides 1 and 2 are both a strong VG++

Comments:                Glossy “Thick” vinyl LPs with a few minor rubs and insignificant, faint hairlines (No scratches) seen under bright light from sliding in and out of the original inner sleeve. There is a small (less than 1 inch) needle trail on side 1 of Record One which does Not affect play, keeping the overall grade of the vinyl LPs from being a “solid” VG++. The album has been play tested and plays very nicely throughout the entire recording with the exception of a few soft pops (probably dust in the grooves) during “Lowlands”, but there are absolutely No skips on any of the four sides of the album.

INNER SLEEVE:    Original and correct “half-moon” shaped plastic baggie used by COLUMBIA during the late fifties to mid-sixties, and during the time of release of this LP.

Comments:                MONO pressing copies of this popular Bob Dylan release are extremely difficult to locate in collectible condition. LP features many classic early Bob Dylan songs including “Rainy Day Woman”, “Visions of Johanna”, “I Want You”, “Memphis Blues Again”, “Leopard skin Pill box Hat”, “Just Like A Woman”, and of course his classic full side recording of “Sad Eyed Lady Of The Lowlands”!!
