FIRST EMI PRESSING

This was a contract pressing by EMI ordered by CBS, because CBS had capacity problems at this time - special characteristics are raised “KT” tax code letters to the left and right of the centre hole of Side 1, which can be seen (and felt) if the record is examined closely, but which are difficult to photo. CBS NEVER used these tax codes on any of their LP's. The record has stamped matrix numbers: Side 1, 62515-1A-1 at 6 o'clock and A at 12 o'clock, Side 2 , 62515-1B-1 at 12 o'clock and A2 at 6 o'clock. Original MONO release on the matt (not shiny) orange CBS record label with 33 NOT 33 1/3 on the labels. See photos. Released in 1965.
The flimsy sleeve is EX- with no ringwear either on the front or on the back though a slight thumb crease. See photos for more details of condition. The record plays as EX it plays silently between the tracks. There are some non sounding scuffs. I did notice only a couple of bits of static throughout the playing but only between tracks.. Absolutely nothing serious but be aware. NO skips & NO repeats

I play all my records in their entirety. I DO NOT SAMPLE (i.e. guess)
as to how they might sound.
