Description

CBS RECORDS    66012A/B     VG/M-/M-    MONO  1966.   Matrix nos. H/66012 A1/A2/B1/B2    French original MONO 2 LP set.   One of the greatest and FIRST double albums of ALL-TIME, Bob Dylans' Blonde On Blonde.  Recording down in Nashville in early 1966 for a few days with a bunch of session players, they laughed, played, and recorded!!!  You know the songs, I Want You, Memphis Blues Again, Rainy Day Women #12 & 35, Just Like A Woman, and many more gems.   The result a MASTERPIECE, and the MONO vinyl sounds so thick and smooth!!  The laminated cover has a neatly taped spine. The inside of the gatefold cover has the record slots and a totally different inside cover than the US. The vinyls are STUNNING and shine, NEAR MINT.  The CBS orange labels are NEAR MINT with NO spindle marks!!!   Looks unplayed!!!   AMAZING COLLECTORS PIECE!!!

I specialize in selling PROMOTIONAL albums in rock n' roll and jazz from the 1960's and 1970's. PROMO albums are usually pressed from the original master tapes in an extremely limited quantity, and are 1ST pressings!!! Many are issued with white labels, others have radio timing strips on the cover, just a promo sticker or gold cover stamps. Given out selectively to radio stations before the stock release, they generally have superior sound quality, are RARE, collectable, and getting VERY SCARCE!!! 

PLEASE NOTE: I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine, if necessary. I pack ALL records carefully. Records are placed outside of the record cover in a clear plastic record sleeve. Albums are bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box.
