BOB DYLAN
RED VINYL PROMO
There was this little time in 1965 when Columbia Records was releasing promos on color vinyl, and right in the middle of them was this release from Bob Dylan. Experts tell me it was part of a trio of records sent to DJs in March of 1965, and that the others by by Barbara Streisand blue DJ (“Why Did I Choose You”) and Andy Williams yellow DJ (..And Roses And Roses”) ?. They call came in an impossibly rare paper envelope with their pictures on it.
Although it’s tempting to try to start collecting Andy Williams and Babs, let’s just stick with the really cool Bob Dylan promo here of “Subterranean Homesick Blues.” Same song on both sides, both mono.
It’s rare to have one turn up with such clean labels and killer condition, but you know that.
CONDITION : NEAR MINT! Super clean labels on both sides, not even a hint of a sticker or previous DJ use.
Every record sold arrives cleaned and ready to enjoy.
