Visually graded condition of disc:  Side one: Near Mint / Side two: Near mint minus (unplayed)
Side two has a light hairline mark from the inner sleeve. Will not affect play. White promo labels.

Condition of sleeve: Front looks good, backside shows some shelf wear because it's black. Some light wear on bottom edge from storage. Gold promo stamp on back. Includes photo inner sleeve shown which has a 3" inch split on one side. Timing strip on front side.
Use zoom feature (if it's working today) to study photos carefully.

Some carefully, others were not.
All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
