Description
Dylans involvement with the band became what 'Time' called "the most decisive moment in rock history. Their rapport began with musical ideas. The band steeped in the blues, country, R&B, the old rock and roll, and the new rock, gave Dylan a special camaraderie. The group had been on the road even longer than Dylan. They offered a maturity that Dylan needed badly during a trying year. The Band found that artistic and commercial success unleashed a creativity they scarcely knew they possessed. They were good for each other. Robertson played on Blond On Blonde and the first indication of a later recording collaboration was in 1967, the bootlegged Basement Tapes. Great music from a great time. Early Pitman press. Mastered by George Horn at Fantasy in Berkeley, Ca.
Play tested and plays wonderful. Thank you for your valuable time and read. Vinyl ships outside the jacket. Please view the photo enlargements.
