Description
This is an original early CBS pressing of Bob Dylan's classic album "The Freewheelin'" on vinyl. It is a press copy with 'Sample' stamped in red on the back of the sleeve and on one side of the disc - see photos.
It features 12 tracks and was released in 1963 by CBS Records in the United Kingdom.
The record is in excellent condition (EX) and plays with no skips or jumps. There are a few very minor hairline marks. The original cover is in excellent condition with only very minor creases.
NOTE - The <--Stereo--> symbol on the back extends further left than on other later releases, reaching above the end of the first track title (aligned with the centre column of the sleeve notes).
Similar versions have recently sold for between £300 and £1000. (See Popsike link below etc.)
