<b><u><center><font color=red><h1>BOB DYLAN VS. A. J. WEBERMAN - Folkways Records FB5322</u>. Disc and Sleeve are Near Mint; 8 Page Booklet is Mint Minus. Disc runoff matrix reads FB5322-A and FB5322-B.</h1>

<font color=black><h2>On the streets for one short week in 1977 before being recalled by Folkways via an injunction brought by Dylan’s attorneys against the label, precious few of the Authentic, Black Label pressings (the "only" pressing this LP ever saw) were purchased prior to the album’s recall. Those not sold during its single week of availability were recalled and destroyed. Dylan was not particularly happy about the personal phone conversations between himself and garbologist A. J. Weberman (who also recorded the conversations) that make up most of this LP being available, thus his swift action against the label. Also included on this album are the songs "A.J. Weberman" by David Peel & Group and "Father Bruce" by Grace Slick. Goldmine magazine estimates the value of this item to be between $300-500.<p>

The album only saw one pressing - with a BLACK LABEL! Folkways was a small New York City label that rarely, if ever, did more than single-run pressings. ALL DISCS ARE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED ON A VPI RECORD CLEANING MACHINE. Discs are packaged separately from LP sleeve to protect against seam splitting. LP jackets are inserted into mylar outer sleeves and albums are shipped in LP-specific boxes and packed with bubble wrap.
