In general, the evaluation is only visual and does not concern sound quality.  The sound quality is good at best even the cards are in perfect condition.
Rare Polish flexi record/ postcard size ( more or less 10 X 14 cm), typical 60s issue. This type of disc contains mainly current hits of the era. Visualy graded ( not play tested! ) VG++
The card is playable, but the sound quality is rather poor.

To say this postcard is rare is an understatement; it's ultra-rare. Such postcard singles were strictly utilitarian, and if something was obscure or unpopular (and Dylan wasn't particularly popular with mass audiences in communist Poland in the 1960s), it appeared on such records extremely rarely.

I've been collecting such records for many years, and this is the first copy I've ever owned.

There was some Dylan stuff going on in the 70s, but on plastic cards.
