BOB DYLAN
BLIND BOY GRUNT
PROFESSIONAL SOUND QUALITY
This is a hard to find Bob Dylan album in any condition. This one that I offer for your consideration is in NEAR MINT CONDITION!!! There are NO SCRATCHES in the vinyl and there are NO SCUFFS either!!! The sound is outstanding! Better than excellent! Absolutely beautiful!!! It is of "PROFESSIONAL SOUND QUALITY" just like it says on the cover label. Clean, clear music of an early Dylan. (THE YEAR IS UNKNOWN.) Both labels that are just numbered 1 and 2 are in mint condition. The all white cover has a little wear but the gold label attached is in fantastic shape. The dark line shows the separation between the songs on side 1 and 2.
On the album you get 3 original songs about V.D. Also "SALLY GAL" is a different version than the take that surfaced on the Bootleg Series Vol. 7. (NO DIRECTION HOME) "COCAINE BLUES" he misses a note and says, "bad guitar!" Wait until you hear the story about "JOHN BROWN" coming home from the war all shot up & his mother does not reconize him! A valid song today. QUOTE OF THE MOMENT: "THE TIMES CRY FOR THE TRUTH... AND PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR THE TRUTH AND THAT'S JUST WHAT THEY'RE HEARING IN GOOD FOLK MUSIC TODAY." (October 20, 1963) BOB DYLAN
DYLAN is not just a songman & poet but the storyteller of our time!
These are the "LOST CLASSICS" that you never knew!!!
Songs are: HARD TIMES IN NEW YORK; BABY LET ME FOLLOW YOU DOWN; SALLY GAL; STEALIN'; GOSPEL PLOW; BALLAD OF DONALD WHITE; ONLY A HOBO & TALKIN DEVIL; WADE IN THE WATER; THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I WAS BLIND; V.D. BLUES; V.D. WALTZ; V.D. WOMAN; COCAINE BLUES; BALLAD OF OMIE WISE; JOHN BROWN.
WATCH FOR RARE POSITIVELY 4th STREET 45 BY DYLAN on March 9th; THE STONES 45's SHE'S A RAINBOW on the 9th and IN ANOTHER LAND on the 10th. and much more...
