Here is a very early and hard to find piece from 1970. The label is blank, and no information is known as to the manufacturer. It was produced in the USA, most likely from the West coast. The first issue (14 A) had a very small title stamp on the front of a blank white cover. No other information was included. Later editions had a 5x7 white or yellow insert pasted over the stamp. The insert is a xerox of a 1965 studio picture and small J. Cash pics along with the song titles.  The album is a hodgepodge of material.

Artist/Group(s): Bob Dylan.

Title: "A THOUSAND MILES BEHIND".

Record Label/Company: Probably the same people who made the first Great White Wonder in my opinion, was he known as "Ken"

Catalogue Number: NONE. Matrix numbers are: 111A and 111B.

Description Of Item For Sale:

Vinyl: Excellent player, but read on....There is hardly a scratch on it, the white labels are nice and clean, it plays great( but as with all bootlegs, the sound quality is only as good as the original source) but I actually think Bobs Boots under-rated this one, it's not bad.Now..... The Vinyl has warped, it does not sit perfectly flat on the turntable, not like it has melted in the sun, just it rises a few millimeters one one side, play is not compromised to my untrained ear. I would not normally but a record with this problem, or with a shocking sleeve, as described below, but I did, from America, wildly overgraded as near mint, but I kept it for it's rarity, made in 1970 this was a very early bootleg.

Sleeve: Sleeve is Yellowed, split most the way along the spine. No creases. It's not great, but is original. It's not visually very exciting!

Inner Sleeve: Poor old yellow inner. The strength of this sale is the rarity of the record.

Extra Items: NONE.

CONDITION:

All Items are Graded As In The Record Collector 2006 Price Guide,in Brief these grades are as follows:

Mint-Unplayed,sealed or as good as an unplayed undamaged item,.

Excellent-Some signs the record has been played, very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good-Been Played many times,no major deterioration in sound, despite noticeable surface marks, occational light scratch.Normal wear & tear on the cover or extra items, without major defect is acceptable.

Good-Played so much,used so much,sounds bad,many problems such as splits,stains etc.

Fair-Just Playable-not nice.

TRACKS ARE: Probably available on Google. Also if I have made scans of labels or sleeve, click to supersize, and read them that way.

POSTAGE & PACKING:

I don't use Postage to make money.I try and weigh the parcels before I list the items and add packing cost to the postage cost.Sometimes I can't weigh 1st(Usually if I have to make a home-made parcel for odd sized items)and if I do that,I will make my best educated guess of the postage cost, but I don't often pack home made parcels before the bidding ends, because many people want to ask questions,so sometimes,I could be a little out.I do pack in secure parcels.

I AM HAPPY TO COMBINE POSTAGE TO REDUCE COSTS,BUT WITH ALL THESE DYLAN BOOTS, IF AN ITEM GOING OUT OF ENGLAND GOESOVER 2 KILOS, THINGS GET HARD TO COMBINE.

 Ways To Pay:

Cheque,Postal Order,Cash On Collection.Postage cost will not be needed for collection, package will be charged for only if you need it,which you should not need if you collect yourself.Paypal is available as I have to offer it,although I personally would rather avoid it,I have to allow it.I despatch very quickly so don't worry, you'll soon get your goods if you are quick to pay.

Europe & Worldwide:

PAYPAL.Sorry I am not allowed to offer International Money orders any more,I like them, but Ebay don't.

FEEDBACK:

Although you are not obliged to leave feedback,I hope you do.If you get a record and are happy, please leave feedback so I know it has arrived, and that you are happy, then I can leave yours and erase the sale from my Email and Ebay page.If you are not happy, please ask for a refund. Many buyers don't leave feedback and it annoys me,so,If after a long time I get no feedback,I will leave your positive feedback assuming that you payed, then I will add you to my blocked bidder list.Harsh maybe, but Feedback is how Ebay works,I see no need to be so lazy,it is only good manners.

U.K: I prefere a Cheque or Postal order,or Cash on collection.Paypal is available, but I don't like it,although I have to offer it,and I won't hold it against you if you do use it. Rest Of World: Paypal. If you have any other suggestions,I am open hearing them BEFORE you bid.
