QUALITY RATINGS:

MINT The record itself is in almost new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Because all records are played (see above) I'll never rate them as mint but as NEAR MINT The record has been played a couple of times and is like new with no loss in sound quality and no surface marks. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in very good condition. EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and  packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

NOTES:

Bob Marley & The Wailers debut album released on the 13th april 1973. It is an ORIGINAL 1973 UK 1st PRESSING with the pink rimmed label, with the Island logo below the the spindle hole. The matrix numbers are ILPS 9241 A -3U and I LPS 9241 B-4U. The album is played only 4 or 5 times (check the spindle lines on both labels !). I'm sure it is hard to find these days in this excellent condition. COLLECTORS ITEM ! Don't miss this opportunity !!!

RECORD: Altough played a couple of times, both sides are mint condition. No marks or scratches. Shiny vinyl !!

LABELS: Mint

SLEEVE: Excellent ( normal storage wear ). RIVET is OK !!!

INNER SLEEVE: Very good : plain white sleeve
