You are bidding on an Excellent Minus Original First PRESS of the BOB MARLEY & THE WAILERS LP Exodus on original UK First press. This is an original first press (STERLING run off etch) on Island Records. Catalogue No. ILPS 9498
SLEEVE - the original Gold Card picture sleeve is in VG plus condition. it retains much of its original sheen. There is fingerprint smudging of the Gold metallic and light wear to the corners/edges, there are no tears or seam splits. The spine is fully readable. The sleeve is EMBOSSED front and back confirming this as an original First Press. The sleeve includes the ORIGINAL LYRIC INNER sleeve which is VG+ with no tears or seam splits. Overall a Strong 45+ year old sleeve.
VINYL - the disc is in Excellent minus condition, it retains all of its sheen. Under halogen light there a number of light hairline marks but no deep scratches. This is a FIRST PRESS with STERLING etched on the run off. Overall this is a Super example of an original First PRESS of this hard to find LP.
