A complete set (52) of Bob Wills & the Texas Playboys Tiffany Transcriptions record labels.
The Kaleidoscope Record Company took over the long-forgotten Tiffany Transcriptions in the 1980s for a wonderful series of LP compilations.  They made available by mail order (in those pre-internet days) offers for complete sets of record labels that had been left over from the original transcriptions, 52 labels in all.
The Tiffany Transcriptions are from the 1940s.  They were originally pressed on 16 transcription discs for radio broadcast use.  The two sides of the first record were labeled Record 1 and Record 2, the two sides of the second record were labeled Record 3 and Record 4, and so on.  Thus, the 52 labels in this set represent 26 transcription discs.
The Tiffanys are some of the best music ever laid down by Bob & the Playboys.  This set of record labels would make a nice addition for collectors of Wills in general, or the Tiffanys in particular.
To clarify, these are NOT the records themselves, only the labels that were intended for the original transcription discs.
