SIGNED COPY!! I'm calling this disc NM, but it basically looks unplayed and perfect. The Jacket is ridiculously clean and bright, just a few short little creases coming out from the spine at one point, with very minimal chipping at the edges and corners.

The original inner paper sleeve is very beautifully signed in red ink by Kenneth Anger, probably back in the day, with his full name, not just with his initials. The large inscription, in a circle around the center reads, "For Tom, Regards, Kenneth Anger"
