CROSS MY HEART
1966 uk Pye Promo. 7N-25347. Here is a mega-rare original 1966 UK Pye Promo issue of this musically superb 'Bobby Freeman' Mod-Northern Soul 45. This is the very rare earliest uk first issue with 'Cross My Heart' on the B-side. Both tracks are top Mod-Soul songs, the brilliant upbeat Mod floor-filling track 'The Duck' on the A-side, backed the excellent slower paced soul B-side. With this listing i provided complete MP3s of both sides, these MP3s were taken directly from the vinyl. The pictures are of the actual 45 for sale. Please check out my other items!
CONDITION
Both sides play and sound great with just some occasional light background crackle, and a few pops on the A-side. Visually the A-side has original sheen but with many minute very light top surface hairlines, there is also a area which has around a dozen or so noticeable small scuffs, these do not look great but they have little affect on play apart from a few background pops around half way through, if you listen to the MP3 i have provided you can hear for yourself how well the track plays and sounds. The B-side has the same minute light hairlines and just a few very light surface scuffs and plays with some light background crackle and a few faint tics. So the vinyl is not visually that great but both sides play and sound just fine. The Promo labels have some light wear and some very minor age discolouration. The Pye records paper cover is clean with some light creasing, there is also a small sticker in one top right corner and a couple of very small rips around the centre hole.

I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind.
