SHADOW OF YOUR LOVE / Soulful Sound Of Music - DJ PROMO  (Loma 2056)  Out of Los Angeles, this obscure but majestic 1966, ultra Spectorian release is just dripping with the style of the Righteous Brothers Phil Spector produced recordings.  Arranger, Hank Levine hit the bullseye in replicating the sound with his use of percussion, pounding distant drums , beautiful angelic background vocals by The BLOSSOMS and a effective, atmospheric use of echo.  Absolutely brilliant.  The labels are free of marks with the exception of residue of a sticker having had been affixed.  This styrene copy plays beautifully.  An over all, VG+.
