Bobby Lester was their lead singer from 1952 to 1960


He met Harvey Fuqua when they were both teenagers in Louisville Kentucky and performing together. They joined the MOONGLOWS in Cincinnati Ohio


The MOONGLOWS would have been recording on Chess Records so the Chess Brothers issued this on their Checker label as Bobby Lester and the Moonlighters.
