Description

BOBBY MABE & THE OUTCAST-45-“I’m Lonely” b/w “Take A Step”-RoTab Records #RT-1013-KillerKool & Crude 1966 Galveston TEXAS Garage-Punk…most of you know KILLER A side from assorted comps-TEXAS FLASHBACK series in particular…if not, dynamite & crude guitar dominated with Vox Continental organ in the mix and a guttural and sort of off-key lead vocal (shouted at times); overall structured chord-wise in the vein of “Gloria” or the UNIQUES “You Ain’t Tuff”… really primitive guitar punctuations with a KillerKool and badazz lead guitar break. REALLY Great track. B side is a somewhat lame & non-descript teen ballad.

Condition: Record is between VG+ and near MINT-Minus-A side is closer to MINT-Minus…B side has a few Very Slight and almost unable to be seen (unless in certain light angles) surface scratches-really nothing but can be seen in the light… background noise evident on B side at times only due to quiet content…
Label clean both sides--NOTE: LABEL IS PRESSED OFF-CENTER ON A SIDE ONLY (See photo)-slightly overlaps last 2-3 grooves in the end of the dead wax-does not affect anything-and if you have a ‘manual’ turntable and the needle goes to the end, fear not, it spins in the grooves within the label overlap without crashing your needle-just 'swishes'-but plays as a normal tailout--
