Description
BOBBY MONTEZ – “Jungle Fantastique!” (1958) Jubilee-1085 original MONO pressing EX/Strong VG+ (cover/record)
Super rare Afro-Latin-dancer by the Bobby Montez Quintet. This features killer tracks like “African Fantasy” (mambo) and “Kon-Tiki” – a monster afro-latin groove track that clocks in at over 7 minutes. Never see this!
This is an original pressing. The cover has almost no wear and only a couple of chips in the top seam – the seams are all tight with no splits. The original MONO black label vinyl is beautiful and plays great – just a few sleeve scuffs. It is really close to being EX – this is 55 years old! Conservative grading: EX/Strong VG+ (cover/record).
Winner pays postage. Domestic U.S. shipping is $4 media rate or $10 for priority mail (insurance additional and quoted at cost). International first class shipping (7-10 day delivery) varies by postal zone. Please see the listing for specific costs.
I package all LPs securely in record mailers and remove the vinyl from the covers to prevent seam splits during mailing. I do not just stick your record in a priority mailer box from the post office or between two thin pieces of cardboard with no additional packaging materials like so many others!!!
I accept Paypal for all transactions and other methods of payment we can discuss - just send me a message.
Thanks for looking, and good luck!
