Items sold on eBay are from donations made to the TurnStyles Thrift Store as a fundraiser in support of the many services that  are provided by Catholic Charities Northeast Kansas to help those in need in our community.  All net proceeds go directly to that effort.

The TurnStyles Thrift Store is operated by Catholic Neighborhood Outreach, Inc. in Northeast Kansas.  To shop TurnStyles, you may view our items on eBay or you may visit the thrift store.  The store is open Monday-Saturday 10 AM-6 PM.

Local Pick Up

Thursday’s

11 AM – 1 PM

Items may be picked up locally at the thrift store. Local pick up is normally scheduled for Thursday’s 11 AM to 1 PM. If you cannot pick your item up at that time, please call to arrange for your pick up time. Please email us when you will be arriving so that we may have your order ready.  You’re required to bring your invoice with the item number in order to pick up your item.  Please pick up your item within 7 days of payment unless other arrangements are made.  Local pickups are subject to Kansas sales tax of 8.65% regardless of your state of residence.

Payment Policy

We only accept PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. Payment terms are non-negotiable.

Combined Shipping

We ship within 5 business days of receiving payment. We will combine shipping on items ending within 1 week of each other.  Please let us know when you win an item if you are bidding on our other items.

Refund Policy

If the purchased item does not match your expectation based on our description and photos, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item.  We will strive to remedy the problem.  We do our best to pack items to protect them during shipment.  We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for fragile items
