Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Dutch Beat, Prog, Psych and Jazz records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare Dutch pressing of the Bojoura – Night Flight – Night Sight on the Polydor label, cat. no. 236 169.
The record is in VG+ condition, there are some non-sounding hairlines (scuffs) only. The labels are in VG to VG+ condition as well, there are a couple spindle marks and there is some small writing on both sides.
The cover is in VG++ condition, basically there is some normal handling and storage wear, there is a name written in small biro in the upper left corner on the back and there is a small piece of lamination missing on the opening edge of the back. Besides these small mentioned imperfections, this cover only has minimal handling and storage wear and is more than presentable in my opinion.
This is a very rare copy of Bojoura’s debut album on the Polydor label. When this album came out back in 1968 this record sold very poorly and was deleted very soon after. On this album, the Golden Earrings feature as backing band (Bojoura’s mother was Golden Earring’s guitarist George Kooymans’ singing teacher back in the 1960’s), so this album is a real must have for all Dutch Beat and / or Golden Earring fans! Happy Bidding!
