BONEHEAD CRUNCHERS VOL. 1 - 14 loud 'n heavy proto-punk obscurities from the USA, 1969-1977 Ltd 300 numbered Copies SOLD OUT

Condition: As New

This 300 ltd edition comp sold out upon its release back in February 2012, a rare chance to pick up a copy –DON’T SLEEP!

Welcome to volume 1 of the Primitive but essential world of Bonehead: 14 Fuzz-drenched 70s bone crunchers from the USA at the Cusp of Garage, Hard Rock and Proto-punk. Loud, unrepentant  and reeking of attitude; these artefacts of cool were uncovered from 45s pressed in minute quantities between 1969 and 1977 and forge a direct link between Pebbles/Nuggets Garage to the blow out of ?76 Punk, circumventing the atrociousness of progressive rock and singer/songwriter putridness. These slices of pure high energy will blow the top of your head off, ingrain themselves into the remnants of your brain by way of a high octane lobotomy leaving you a blubbering mess insanely smirking at today’s musical endeavours.

Grading. I don’t use the term Mint. I don’t believe that records manufactured over 30 years ago, even if unplayed, can be called mint.

Grading: Record/Cover

EX: Means either “near mint” to some light  marks with hardly any noticeable noise. Sleeve has no or only minor wear.

VG: Means means some light background noise and more pronounced marks which do not affect the listening experience in a major way. Sleeve may be creased, minor discolouring, the odd fraying, some ringwear, seam split and perhaps some  writing.

G: Means noticeable clicks or pop, may have scratches, but doesn’t skip or jump. Sleeve may be ripped, tape repair, large writing, sticker removal damage etc...

Fair: Not a pleasant listening experience, the disc is damaged, just a stop gap before upgrading. Sleeve is badly damaged, not one to frame on the wall...

Poor: I don’t sell records in poor condition

Postage: I offer reduced postage if more than 1 record is purchased: There was a significant increase in Royal Mail charges back  in April, I have had to adapt postage prices accordingly.

All records sent out in professional mailers with 2 stiffeners. Records removed from sleeve if housed in picture sleeve.

Insurance strongly recommended for high priced items and compulsory for packages of a value of over £80. Insurance added at cost. I retain proof of postage for all items.

Payment: UK= PayPal or cheque (item sent when cheque has cleared). Overseas =PayPal only

Thanks!
