Green Onions. Cover M-, Record M-.
This is one of those albums that falls into the category of "historically significant". This 1962 release would be the first album on the STAX label, and obviously, the first for Booket T & the MGs. The single Green Onions sold huge and has become a classic, but the album is surprisingly tough. Here's a first pressing (mono-only) on the light blue label and it's beautiful. The only detraction is a name writter lightly in ballpoint on the back, but the front is Mint and the seams are tight.
