Description
This is the ultra rare 1968 Gold Standard Series release on the orange label of "I Forgot to Remember to Forget/Mystery Train." It books at $250 in Presleyana VII. This is your chance to get a "filler copy" of this rare record at a fraction of the price; I am flexible on the price and will consider all reasonable offers. These certainly don't come around often. The record is about VG-. It has an indentation on the "I Forgot to Remember" side in the lead in grooves. It distorted the beginning of the song for just a few seconds and then popped a few times but never skipped on my player. I noticed a little wobble indicating a very minor warp possibly but nothing that affected playing the record. Both sides play actually nicely with light background noise but NO SKIPS, STICKS, OR LOUD POPS. It plays better than it looks. But it has no deep scratches; it does have lots of light scratches and scuffs and loss of shine and the labels are worn.
