of a pair of legendary LP's by THE MONSTER himself, Boris Karloff. And this is perhaps the finest vocal effort of his long and distinguished career. This album, along with Volume II which I also have up for offer in another auction, has stood the test of time for some 45 years now as the crown jewels of the fright genre. This pair of vinyl gems will chill you to the bone thanks to Karloff, one of the most soothingly spooky voices ever to work in the realm of horror, and the eerie slowed down and twisted music that runs underneath Boris's voice which is Tom Dissvelt and Kid Baltan's masterpiece recording of "Song of The Second Moon", which has been reissued as "The Elektrosonics-Electronic Music".
