Remarks : This was a special release for the NKV in 1979. NKV stands for Nederlands Klassieke Vakhandel or Assocation of Dutch Classical Music shops. It was a limited release, only availabe in those shops for a short time.
The back of the sleeve shows the members of the NKV in 1979. Only 3 or 4 shops still exist today, all the others are gone.
