Recorded in a small predominantly African American club on the Chicago leg of their US tour this recording sees Bob Marley & the Wailers at the height of their powers with reggae rhythms that'll instantly transport you to Kingston! Even among the plethora of posthumous Bob Marley live recordings Live At The Quiet Night Club June 10th 1975 stands out as one of the best. The Wailers despite changes to their lineup are in tip-top shape. Compared to the heavily Rastafarian almost ritualistic live shows that would become a hallmark of later shows by Bob Marley and The Wailers this show is pure unadulterated good reggae vibes. With sound quality that'll have you shocked that it was recorded in 1975 an obi-strip a gatefold jacket and photos from Japanese photographer Mitsuhiro Sugawara this is one of the best sounding and best looking Bob Marley records ever!
