Description
Up for auction is the pictured Bread Love & dreams LP. It is a first issue with a run out matrix on side1 of ZAL-9694P-1W and side2 ZAL-9695P-1W. Gradings are very subjective so I grade very conservatively to avoid disappointment and animosity that can result from overgrading(please see my F/B for record sales at the beginning of my selling on ebay). Both sides I am grading visually as excellent minus,This is because there are a few light hairlines that are visible when the record is silhouetted against bright light,mostly appear to be rub marks when the disc has been removed from it`s inner sleeve,as I say a few,but they are not prolific.For total accuracy there is one mark about a quarter of an inch long on track 3 which is more noticeable but does not sound. Play graded(with a 1grm elyptical stylus) the sound is crisp and clear with just the very occasional light tick on a couple of tracks but these are not intrusive. I suppose being honest the record could do with a good clean but I do not have such a machine to do it. Cover I am going to grade as Very Good+.The cellulose covering is fine and the spine is good and ledgible but what brings the grading down is the previous owners name is on the rear of the cover. The blue Decca stereo inner sleeve is present also. To the winning bidder the record will be removed from its outer sleeve to prevent damage and it will be despatched in a sturdy record mailer card box(not the flimsy envelope type). I am starting this at £80.00,a realistic price for something as rare as this and it`s condition so a bargain is up for grabs at this price I think.
