BRENDA HOLLOWAY - WHEN I'M GONE - TAMLA 54111 (CLASSIC MOTOWN!!!) This is a VINYL PHONOGRAPH RECORD. This is NOT A CD. My appetite for expensive rare records has come to a point where I have to sell my rare records to buy MORE rare records. As much as I'd like to... I can't buy and keep em' all. Classic killer by Brenda Holloway. This is NO BOOT, REPRO OR REISSUE. This is the REEL DEEL. Look closely as this is probably one of the few times you will find one of these in this condition. This sleeve is in gorgeous VG++ (Very Good ++) condition with no writing, seam splits, staple holes or anything else. The reason for the VG++ grade is that tiny hint of ring impression on the front. There is no other record wear or record impression aside from that. Sleeve is crisp and lays nice and flat. The scans don't do the sleeve justice. Record is first press globes label and is also in VG++ (Very Good ++) condition. The record has what appears to be a pressing flaw on the B side outer perimeter which causes a tick for about five revolutions. OVERALL: This is a beauty. The sleeve and record could easily be graded MINT-. This is the nicest example of this title I've seen in years. The sleeve is not plaid... that's from my scanner. Looks much better as I hold it in my hand than it does in the scans. Don't let this one get away!!! My scanner makes the color red look saturated. This is a US pressing. Goldmine/Discoveries standard grading. Keep checking my other auctions as I've got more heavies coming.
