Shipping for 45s is $4 for Media or First Class. Shipping is $7 overseas for first class airmail.  I combine shipping adding an extra $1.00 to shipping for each additional record purchased.  International items over $250 must be shipped Express Mail which costs $29, but is the safest most reliable way to ship internationally.  For domestic US items over $250, I highly recommend shipping Priority with full insurance. 

I have blocked bidders with low feedback or who have reputations for committing fraud.  I also have enabled the strictest set of buyer requirements, blocking users who have more than 2 unpaid item hits, etc...These requirements end up deflating my auction prices, giving buyers better deals and helping me avoid the headaches of chargebacks and non-paying bidders.
