Yet another DTD sales extravaganza - the home of the "rare good deal". On today's docket is another rarely seen item from my personal stash - Apollo Atmospheres & Soundtracks from the brilliant Brian Eno along with Roger Eno and the excellent Daniel Lanois. Another cool journey into ambient styled music and soundscapes all inspired by the Apollo moon landing mission and Eno's desire to connect more with that groundbreaking experience. The LP is gorgeous - borders on NM, I will call it EX - it is glossy, black, and free of scratches or scuffs. The LP cover is nice too - all seams are intact, some light bin/ring wear, corners could be a touch sharper, but not horrible. Vinyl Condition: EX (super glossy & clean. no scuffs or scratches, beautiful - some might call it NM)
Cover Condition: EX (good looking lp cover with light overall wear, all seams intact with decent corners - a touch dog-eared)
Vinyl Grading Guide:
M/NM: I only use these grades for sealed records (M) or records that are opened but have never been played (NM).
Ex: May have some very light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. Should play with very little to no background noise.
VG+: May have some light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. May have some inaudible marks or hairline scratches. May play with minor surface noise/crackle that should only really be noticeable at the most quiet parts of the record.
VG: May have some more intense scuffing and hairline scratches. May also have some deeper scratches that can be felt and may cause popping and/or clicking, but shouldn’t skip. Plays with surface noise that is pronounced and noticeable but doesn’t ruin the listening experience. You can still listen to it and enjoy it, but it is both visually and audibly most definitely used.
Good/Fair/Poor: I won’t sell anything with these grades unless they have high collectable value.
