Description
This is an original LP called Brian Jones Presents the Pipes of Pan at Joujouka on Rolling Stones Records COC 49100 released in 1971. The record plays M- but does have very light noise in at least one section of music on each side. This is a very interesting album but isn't for everyone. If you are expecting Rolling Stones music you are not going to be pleased. To briefly put it, these recordings are brief compared to the hours long music that is presented at the festival that took place for a week every year in Joujouka, Morocco; a place that doesn't even have a road to get there. It is African music. To realize that these recordings were made in the late sixties is amazing. The cover is VG+ with light wear and a few pieces of paint missing from the top of the seam on the front. There is no seam split. It comes with its original insert that gives a little information about it, and it also comes with its original inner sleeve. I've owned this for 35 years. I played it once when I bought it to record it to cassette, and again today to play grade it. Postage is $5.00 in the United States. I ship in new, sturdy cardboard LP boxes.
