Back To The Light A1/B1

This first pressing is in wonderful condition and I haven't seen a better one in a long time.

PCSD 123 // A1 / B1

The audio on S1 is Near Mint (Mint in many sections / intro is Ex+)

The audio on S2 is Ex+ (Near Mint in many sections / intro is Ex)

Visual grading

This vinyl is in fantastic shape for 25 years old and some vinyl flecks can still be seen around the spindle hole suggesting it has been hardly played.  There is barely any spindle wear so this would confirm it.  It has a stunning glossy sheen and I can only see a handful of very faint sleeve removal hairlines and a couple of tiny speck marks on S2 that have no affect on the vinyl.  A superb example of this collectable album.

Play grading

Aside from a little static on the intro Side One plays with wonderful quality throughout.  The clarity is breathtaking and it is obvious this vinyl has been barely played if at all.  If I'm honest the vast majority of this side plays with Mint quality.  The louder sections 'rock out' with no distortion and the quieter sections play with sublime sound.  'Too Much Love Will Kill You' is a prime example of this and impresses with near perfect audio, just a couple of light dust ticks.

Again S2 begins with some static and one click but thereafter it plays with great clarity and depth.  There is perhaps a little more background static in the quieter sections but nothing intrusive and for 25 years old this side is still a wonderful listen.  The very quiet 'Just One Life' plays beautifully with barely any 'background'.

Cover

The cover is practically Mint except for one tiny crease on the bottom right corner that you can hardly notice anyway!  The edges and spine are in sublime condition with no wear and the opening edge is spotless also.  It is such a clean cover and the back has only a couple of tiny specks.  Almost as new basically :-)

Lyric Inner

This has no splits or marking and remains in great shape with only a couple of very minor creases.

The labels

As stated there is almost no spindle wear and a little vinyl 'shaving' can be seen.  With no marking the labels are super clean.
