A very attractive 1st PRESSING of Nick Drake's 'Bryter Layter' which looks and plays very well!
DESCRIPTION: AURAL - apart from a couple of clicks on the run in to side 2 and a couple more towards the end of side 2 track 2, the record plays EXCELLENT throughout.
VISUAL - extremely faint surface marks visible only under a bright light plus a few faint spindle marks at the centre - EXCELLENT.
SLEEVE - some wear to the top edge and corners (see photo); light disc outline pressure markson both sides (quite common with this thin textured sleeve); a few tiny marks here and there on the face of the sleeve; the spine is in very good shape. Overall - VERY GOOD.
Altogether a very desirable copy, which will be carefully packed - the disc and its inner will be placed in a plastic sleeve, and separated from the outer sleeve by cardboard stiffeners to prevent any damage or further pressure marks in transit.

So, unusually for me, I am setting a reserve price this time - nothing too high, but realistic nevertheless. All records are sent in sturdy mailers with cardboard stiffeners, with tape reinforcing at the corners and edges.

IMPORTANT ITEM REVISION
This is NOT a 1st pressing as previously stated, but a 1972 2nd issue. Pink rim label, textured sleeve and matrix numbers are the same, but there are differences to the text layout on the labels. However, there is little difference in the values and collectability of the two pressings.
