Description
BUCKS FIZZ – MAKING YOUR MIND UP / DON’T STOP – RARE EL SALVADOR RED VINYL
Unusual and hard-to-find 1981 El Salvador pressing of Bucks Fizz’s Eurovision-winning hit “Making Your Mind Up,” pressed on striking translucent red vinyl.
Released on RCA and manufactured in El Salvador by Discos Centroamericanos, S.A., this Central American edition is considerably less commonly encountered than the standard UK, European and U.S. pressings.
The record comes with a vintage DICESA / Discos Centroamericanos company sleeve, featuring the period slogan “Con la música del mundo para Centroamérica.”

CONDITION:
Vintage pre-owned copy showing visible signs of age and use. The red vinyl has surface marks and light scratches.
The labels show noticeable wear. There is writing on the labels, and one side has an old piece of tape/sticker with handwriting partially covering the RCA logo.
The original-period DICESA company sleeve shows considerable age and handling wear, including edge/corner wear, creasing, tape and small tears. Please examine all photographs carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.
Despite the condition, this remains a very unusual regional edition. The combination of an El Salvador pressing, translucent red vinyl and DICESA company sleeve makes it particularly interesting for collectors of Bucks Fizz, Eurovision, colored vinyl and rare Latin American/Central American pressings.
The record and sleeve pictured are the exact items you will receive.
