BUD ISAACS,HERB REMINGTON 78'S,DON HELMS,PETE DRAKE LP+

   A lot of seven vintage records by seven legendary steel guitarists: white label promo 78 RPM pressings of Bud Isaacs' "Hot Mockin' Bird"/"The Waltz You Saved For Me" (RCA Victor 20-5690) and Herb Remington's "The Big Drag"/"Pickled Beats" (Okeh 18046) along with an original mono pressing of the LP The Amazing And Incredible Pete Drake and his Talking Steel Guitar with Voices (Starday SLP 319), Lloyd Green's 1975 LP Steel Rides (Monument KZ 33368), a mono pressing of the LP Don Helms' Steel Guitar Plays All Time Favorites Of The Country Stars (Smash MGS 27019), Kayton Roberts' The Bells Of St. Mary's (Maple MA-1012), and an original mono pressing of Mister Steel Guitar "Little Roy Wiggins Salutes Eddy Arnold (Starday SLP 188).
   Using the VJM System, the Bud Isaacs 78 grades as V+ (or very good plus, to utilize vinyl grading terminology) with labels to match, due to some rubber-stamping and sticker residue.  The Herb Remington grades as V- (or very good) with excellent condition labels.
   The cover for the Pete Drake LP is very good plus due to some ring and edge wear in addition to some writing and a couple of stickers on its front and seam splits running across half the top and all of the bottom, which have been largely repaired by a former owner through the miracle of cellophane tape. The LP itself is very good plus as well.
   The Lloyd Green cover is in excellent condition with some minor ring and edge wear in addition to a bit of corner impacting. Its LP is excellent as well.
   The Don Helms album also has an excellent condition cover with some minor ring and edge wear, a few small spots of discoloration, a sticker on its front, some rubber-stamping on its back, and a small tear in the lower right-hand corner of its back cover slick. Its LP is very good plus.
   The Kayton Roberts album's cover is still in its original shrinkwrap and therefore is near mint with just the faintest trace of wear along its mouth where the shrink has been opened.  The LP within is very good plus.
   The "Little" Roy Wiggins LP has a cover that is very good plus with some ring wear, scuffing, and scratching in addition to strips of tape along the top and bottom that a former owner has used to repair splits. Its LP is very good.
   To protect your investment, these records - as with all vinyl purchased at The Great Escape Online - will be placed in new plastic outer sleeves prior to packing and shipping.
