Description

This is the original UK LP by BUDDY HOLLY and his group the CRICKETS, THE CHIRPING CRICKETS, MEGA RARE 1st LP,March 1958, MONO 1st Press on the VOGUE CORAL label LVA 9081. Matrix numbers are:- SIDE 1:- MG-6036-1B,  SIDE 2:-  MG-6037-1B,  stamper codes are,  SIDE 1:-  1 / U,  SIDE 2:-  1 / U. The LP comes complete with it's original 1959 UK 1st issue inner sleeve.

The original 1958 UK 1st issue fully laminated half-moon flipback cover is in VG+ condition, lovely and clean, but shows wear to the corner and edges, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits.

The vinyl is in EX condition, the vinyl plays EX+++, playing with super crisp clear clarity, their is only a hint of light crackle to be heard, mainly inbetween tracks and on the lats 3 tracks od side 2, not audioably intrusive, and in no way spoils the wonderful listening experience. The quality of this MEGA RARE original 1958 UK Mono 1st Pressing is BREATHTAKING!. The album from start to finish is filled with superb classic tracks.

The MEGA RARE VOGUE CORAL 1st issue label's are in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, maintaining all their original black and sliver print colour, their is no unwanted writing and no scuffs, the spindle hole shows minimal wear.

The vinyl is housed in it's original 1958 UK 1st issue thick cartridge paper inner sleeve and in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits.

Altogether a very respectable copy of this MEGA RARE original 1968 UK Mono 1st Press LP on the VOGUE CORAL label  by BUDDY HOLLY and the CRICKETS, THE CHIRPING CRICKETS!.
