SETTLE IN FOR ANOTHER LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES!! This is an original 1958 U.S. Brunswick Records pressing of the 1957 LP titled 'The Chirping Crickets' from rockabilly legend Buddy Holly And The Crickets. It is Brunswick Records catalog number BL 54038, standard non-textured cover, original 1958 deep groove vinylite pressing, black Brunswick Records labels with rays and silver print. Tracks: Oh Boy, Not Fade Away, You've Got Love, Maybe Baby, It's Too Late, Tell Me How, That'll Be The Day, I'm Lookin' For Someone To Love, An Empty Cup (And A Broken Date), Send Me Some Lovin', Last Night, Rock Me My Baby. As stated above, condition of record is a poor/G filler with a good amount of surface marks and scratches, many of which can be felt and will probably affect play, although this deep groove vinylite record will probably play better than it looks. Condition of cover is a low VG+ with a 2" split in the middle of the top edge, a 1/2" split in the top edge at the top right corner, some general contact wear, some small stains, and some wear along the edges and on the corners. I have set a modest opening bid price on this item due to the condition issues with the record - The cover of this original 1958 album is in decent shape, and this LP will fill a very important and hard to fill hole in your 1950s rock-n-roll or rockabilly record collection until a better copy of the record comes along!
