COVER CONDITION Excellent (EX), The flipback sleeve is in great condition with slight wear and a couple of scratches.
RECORD CONDITION Excellent to Mint minus (EX to M-) the record looks great with only some light scuffs and the labels look great.
GENERAL COMMENTS This one of the rarest Australian EP's to find. This would probably be your only chance of a finding a copy this clean. I will be listing hundreds of rare 45's over the coming months and records will only be sent registered mail .
