PLAY GRADES in NEAR MINT condition.
Front laminated picture sleeve shows only very light wear. Very light ringwear evident only. Unlaminated rear is clean, with only very light age and handling related browning evident (see pictures).

I have graded my vinyl with caution - possibly even down graded it slightly to be on the safe side. I would never list a record as mint (unless it was unopened), so near mint is the best grading I offer. However, should you disagree with my grading, I will happily refund any item returned in its original condition.
