Description

Up for sale is a very nice used Buddy Holly The Buddy Holly Story LP record Coral Records CRL-57279 1959 with maroon label. The record is in excellent condition and only has a couple of light scratches on it and is very glossy. I have played both sides of the record and I heard one very light pop and there is no noise that I could hear, that is how good this record plays and looks. The cover is in good to good + at the best with 2 broken seams and a stain on the front. It appears that the insert is original but it also has broken seams. This is the record version which is mono with the maroon label and if you want a very nice record that not only looks great but plays great then this is the one.

VINYL GRADING - VISUAL
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 10 / 10
EXCELLENT: The record shows little or no marks (may have a couple of light scuff marks) with very little lessening in sound quality. The labels are clean but may have light writing on it.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, might play with a little deterioration in sound quality, has noticeable surface marks, the vinyl may be dull and have the occasional light scratch or warp. The labels are clean but may have some wear and writing on it. 
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with distortion and mild scratches, many marks are visible may be warped. Labels have wear, writing and may have some damage.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; and may jump.

COVER  GRADING - VISUAL
MINT:  The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 10 / 10
EXCELLENT:  The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. 8++ and above out of 10
VERY GOOD:  Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, may have writing on it, without any major defects and is acceptable.7+ - 8+ out of 10
GOOD:  The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. 5+ - 7 out of 10
FAIR: The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. 5 and below out of 10

For records which appear to fall between the accepted grades, + and - are also often added to the grading.

Shipping and handling charges: Shipping cost is calculated by your zip code but there are no extra charges for packing materials or my labor.
