This auction is for a The "Chirping" Crickets Hi Fi LP album featuring Buddy Holly. This album number is BL54038, marked printed in the USA. Issued about 1957-58 by Brunswick Records. I have never sold a record before, so I don't know how to grade one, I can only try to describe it as best as I can, so you need to look at the pictures carefully. The album cover is what makes this auction. It looks to be in very good condition, the ones that are listed on Ebay all have tape on them or have large splits in the seams. No tape on this cover! Minor surface wear on the textured front cover and some wear on the back. The seams are in excellent condition, the right side has a very small split at the top ( approx. 1/2") and the bottom (approx. 1/8" actually, I would term it as wear). The top, bottom and left side and corners are very good, no rips or tears, very minor wear, all writing on the sides are very legible. The record itself looks to be in very good condition with minor wear and a few very minor and small surface scratches. I don't know how well it plays, but the surfaces look good. PLEASE EXCUSE THE DIFFERENCE IN COLOR ON THE BOTTOM LEFT SIDE OF RCORD, IT IS FROM THE GLARE OF MY WINDOW. FREE SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURACE TO THE CONTINENTAL USA.
