TITLE/ARTIST: This ultra rare LP by the great, but short lived '50's artist, Buddy Holly, is on the original, maroon colored, Coral Label and is entitled "Buddy Holly And The Crickets" from 1962---an LP released after his tragic death. This album was actually a re-release of his very 1st LP from 1957, which was entitled "The Chirping Crickets". The LP features 12 of his greatest songs including, "Oh Boy!", "Not Fade Away", and "Maybe Baby" among others, and even comes with an original Coral Records inner sleeve. It is just one of many LPs I intend to list in the coming weeks and months ahead -- all of which are from my personal collection and in very nice condition. The condition of the jacket and the record are both very, very nice, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge everything for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original, maroon Coral Label, CRL 57405, in MONO, and is in absolutely beautiful condition!! VINYL INFO: It is also close to perfect with no serious flaws to mention either--maybe just a few very, very light paper lines on either side, but nothing too serious, believe me. JACKET INFO: This jacket is likewise really nice and close to perfect---except for a few slight signs of early ringwear on the backside only (the front side looks great!!), but again, nothing serious (see the pics below). INTERESTING FACTS: You really don't see these rare '50's LPs out there much anymore, and espiecally not in this kind of outstanding condition, so please have at it--as well as others I have posted this week -- or will be soon posting. I will continue to list many other LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists, even some rare C&W as I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet.
