BUDDY KNOX - (roulette r-25003; *MONO*; 1957). Nice original copy of the black label with all silver writing/print issue of this LP. Great rocking rock-a-billy LP from Happy, Texas favorite son, Buddy Knox. This album just rips! Players: Buddy Knox- guitar; Jimmy Bowen- bass; Don Lanier- guitar; Dave Alldred- drums. Cuts: "Party doll, Don't make me cry, Rock house, Rock-a-billy walk, Devil woman, Rock your little baby to sleep, Hula love, Mary lou, Maybelline, I'm in love with you, Rock around the clock". *Thick stiff vinyl is Mint minus with only occasional light surface noise. Thick cardboard laminated cover has slight ring wear, 2" seam split bottom center, small amount of lam seperation on the bottom right front.
