Up for bids is the great In For The Kill LP from Welch powerhouse Budgie. This package is in great shape and is still in its original factory shrink wrap. The is a slight warp in album jacket due to tight shrink wrap. This is the original 1974 UK Pressing on MCA Records MCF 2546. Here is some info on the album & band: Budgie is a Welsh hard rock/heavy metal band from Cardiff. They are described by author Gary Sharpe-Young as one of the earliest heavy metal bands and a seminal influence to many acts of that scene,[2] with fast, heavy rock (an influence on the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) and acts such as Metallica)[3] being played as early as 1971.[4] The band has been noted as "among the heaviest metal of its day. In for the Kill! is Budgie's fourth album. It was released in May 1974. It includes a re-recording of the song "Crash Course in Brain Surgery", originally released in 1971 as a single. The song was covered by Metallica for their 1987 EP Garage Days Re-Revisited, while the album's title track was covered by Van Halen during the group's club days.[ This would make a great gift for any Budgie or hard rock collector.
