I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a UNIQUE RARE UK DOUBLE SIDED CBS ACETATE OF BUDGIE single from 1982, ORIGINAL UK CBS ACETATE AND A MUST !!!
This is the DOUBLE SIDED ACETATE for the BUDGIE single "BORED WITH RUSSIA / DON'T CRY" from 1982, NO MORE THEN A HANDFUL OF THESE WERE MADE !!!. DON'T MISS ON THIS ORIGINAL DOUBLE SIDED BUDGIE ACETATE.
This is DOUBLE SIDED ACETATE that was sent to a radio station in 1982 to get early plays, no more then a handful of these were made !!!
As you can see the labels are HAND WRITTEN apart from the CBS LOGO and address (which for some reason was crossed out and RCA written in pen, perhaps because the single was finally released on RCA RECORDS) which is a printed label.
The ACETATE was pressed in 1982 by RCA RECORDS in the CBS STUDIOS.
The songs are: BORED WITH RUSSIA / DON'T CRY.
This ACETATE is in much better condition then most I have seen from the period, I would grade: SIDE A. as VG++, SIDE B. I would grade as VG- as it has a small dent in the run out grooves which might cause some clicks, although I did not hear it on my Technics turn table), the single also comes with the ORIGINAL sleevc, but it is has damage on one side and is only included as an extra.
DON'T LET THIS RARE BUDGIE DOUBLE SIDED CBS ACETATE single get away as you will NEVER see another one.
