Description
A great opportunity to buy a copy of a VINYL LP from the 60's by Buffalo Springfield called "Buffalo Springfield".
The group included Neil Young and Stephen Stills and this was their first album. It is a U.K. pressing released in 1967 on the Atlantic (plum) label (587070 MONO). It has a total of 12 tracks.
The tracks which are listed on the back cover and the labels are as follows:-
Side One:- For What It's Worth; Go And Say Goodbye; Sit Down I Think I Love You; Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing; Hot Dusty Roads; Everybody's Wrong.
Side Two:- Flying On The Ground Is Wrong; Burned; Do I Have To Come Right Out And Say It; Leave; Out Of My Mind; Pay The Price.
However this is a MISPRESSING album as the vinyl actually plays 3 tracks in the wrong order and substitutes "For What It's Worth" for another unlisted song "Baby Don't Scold Me".
The matrix numbers are: 587070 A1 and 587070 B1 1.
This mispressing currently commands a Price Guide value of £60 for a copy in mint condition.
The vinyl is in a lovely, clean EXCELLENT condition. I always grade records under a strong light and despite a few light surface marks, the record plays fine and sounds great.
The labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects.
The record comes housed in the original poly-lined inner sleeve within a laminated picture cover in an overall VERY GOOD condition, there being some wear and tear on the corners and along the spine and it has some minor creasing in places. The text on the spine is just visible (see photo).
